The narrative nominating Lieutenant Alexander Krause explained, “Lieutenant Krause is a remarkably brilliant young officer. A natural leader and gifted administrator, he is a true inspiration to all officers in his squadron. He strikes an excellent balance between his personal and professional life. His ability to handle numerous competing tasks, both at work and in the community speaks to his professionalism and dedication. Exceptionally dedicated to his professional development, in the past year he has completed five military, three university and two second language courses. Lieutenant Krause is a remarkable role model for others to emulate, and is the quintessential Reserve Force Officer for which this award was intended”.
